ServiceNow Architect

Job Description:

• 3+ years of technical architecture experience and at least 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience in ServiceNow implementations across 2 or more modules.
• Experience in ServiceNow Back-End and Integrations (Integration HUB, SOAP, REST, Data Sources, Import Set, Transform maps).
• Strong working in an Agile/DevOps environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics.
• Strong skills in User Interface design, Analytical, Problem solving and Quantitative skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and work seamlessly with customers.

Essential Skills:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with HRSD module and EC Pro.
• Strong background in solution architecture and technical design, with a focus on user experience, HRSD and Employee Center Pro.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate these into technical solutions.
• Proven experience in at least one design, architect and implementation of HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro on ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience in architecting, solutioning, implementation and configuration off Employee Center Pro.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
• Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle.
• Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles.
• Strong understanding of Employee service portals and self-service technologies.
