ServiceNow ITOM Architect

The role of an ITOM Architect involves designing and implementing the IT Operations Management solution using industry best practices. This includes advising on, designing, and configuring integration solutions between ServiceNow and other Configuration Management Database (CMDB) tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices
• Configuring integration solutions between ServiceNow and other CMDB tools
• Developing hands-on experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations, including a fair understanding of the ServiceNow CMDB model and extensions
• Creating, configuring, and customizing patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules
