Sigital seeks a skilled ServiceNow technical consultant to lead implementation projects and deliver successful customer engagements. ">
Key Responsibilities: "> ">
- Participate in project teams to drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement.">
- IDentify solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives during workshops with clients and stakeholders.">
- Analyze areas of business process improvement and recommend solutions detailing pros, cons, and risks.">
- Communicate with teams and clients on business processes and requirements.">
- Guide clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and improving associated processes.">
- Serve as liaison between clients and technical teams."> ">
Requirements: "> ">
- 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant with demonstrable success delivering customer development initiatives.">
- Proven consulting experience analyzing and documenting as-is processes and defining and deploying to-be processes and solutions.">
- ServiceNow certifications including ITSM, Administrator, and Developer (preferred but not required).">
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and knowledge of Agile methodology.">
- Understanding of JavaScript and HTML.">
- Strong interpersonal skills and client-centric attitude."> ">
