Sigital seeks a skilled ServiceNow technical consultant to lead implementation projects and deliver successful customer engagements. ">

Key Responsibilities: "> ">

  • Participate in project teams to drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement.">
  • IDentify solutions from people, process, and technology perspectives during workshops with clients and stakeholders.">
  • Analyze areas of business process improvement and recommend solutions detailing pros, cons, and risks.">
  • Communicate with teams and clients on business processes and requirements.">
  • Guide clients on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities and improving associated processes.">
  • Serve as liaison between clients and technical teams."> ">

Requirements: "> ">

  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow technical consultant with demonstrable success delivering customer development initiatives.">
  • Proven consulting experience analyzing and documenting as-is processes and defining and deploying to-be processes and solutions.">
  • ServiceNow certifications including ITSM, Administrator, and Developer (preferred but not required).">
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions and knowledge of Agile methodology.">
  • Understanding of JavaScript and HTML.">
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-centric attitude."> ">
