  • Implement and configure ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage and maintain CMDB, ensuring accurate data modeling and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with various modules including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and APM.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
