Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow platforms and best practices. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage ServiceNow platforms and products.
• Lead functional and business design sessions, architect, and document business process flows, identify gaps between client's current and desired end state.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions, articulate benefits and risks to solution's feasibility and functionality.
• Design and manage test plans to ensure quality solutions are delivered.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of ServiceNow functional development and configuration, as well as experience in one or multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc.

You should possess excellent writing and oral communication skills, be up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and developments, and have experience working as a consultant at a consulting firm.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with 8+ years of service management industry experience, specifically with ServiceNow.
