As a leader in modern technology, we're seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM experience. Our team partners with clients to deliver strategic services and solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT—across lines of business, strategy, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, ensuring alignment with client enterprise goals and best practices.
  • Conduct technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
  • Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and early-stage solutioning.
  • Guide delivery teams across development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.
  • Mentor and upskill developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging ServiceNow capabilities to guide client innovation.
  • Support travel engagements as required by project needs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite.
  • Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience working with agile delivery methodologies and as a consultant at a consulting firm.
  • High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting clear client expectations.
  • Passion for continuous learning, modern architecture practices, and building better ways of working.
