ServiceNow Solutions Designer

About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to design and deliver exceptional solutions. As a skilled professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to configure and deploy ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure various ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Manage and maintain the configuration item database (CMDB) ensuring accurate data modeling and integrations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Develop documentation including technical specifications, workflows, and test cases.
• Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various modules including ITOM, ITSM, CMDB, and APM.
• Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
