ServiceNow Architect

An experienced architect is required to lead the design and implementation of HRSD ServiceNow solutions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement custom applications and integrations that meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
• Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy business needs. Requirements:
• 10-12 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in ITSM (HRSD Module), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and Scoped Application solution.
• Expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, and design and development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and other ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
• Hold ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for HRSD, ITIL certification.
