About the Role
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow. They will work collaboratively with our teams to design end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITSM, APM, and CMDB.
- Design and deploy customized solutions using ServiceNow.
- Manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
They will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stay current on ServiceNow updates, features, and certifications.
