Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design and customize our platform, ensuring efficient and user-friendly solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new or refine existing capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, including developing and deploying technical capabilities using low- and pro-code development principles.
• Engage in incident and problem management, perform defect remediation, and ensure sufficient test coverage through Automated Test Framework.
• Maintain and optimize the product and service catalog and supporting workflows, guaranteeing seamless integration and maximum productivity.
