Rate (PAYE): max £471.67 contract rate, gross (£540.25 inc hol pay) - please note this is PAYE rate, not Umbrella rate and employer deductions are already calculated
We are recruiting for a global consulting company who require 5 ServiceNow Developers for an initial 5 month contract with possible extensions.
It is predominantly remote, with occasional onsite expected in London (this is flexible)
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Proven track record of Custom App Development on ServiceNow.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
- Strong knowledge of custom integrations, including scripting and external system communication.
- Deep understanding of Flow Designer, Workflows, and Flow Actions.
- Experience working with UI Builder and building Configurable Workspaces.
- Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards, Performance Analytics indicators, and reports.
- Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) to automate regression testing.
- Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow environments for release management (e.g., using Git, Jenkins, or ServiceNow DevOps).
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, or CSM.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and support solutions using ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Leverage Flow Designer and Workflows to automate business processes.
- Write and optimize server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
- Create and configure Configurable Workspaces and experiences using UI Builder.
- Design and implement Performance Analytics dashboards and real-time reports.
- Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build test cases and ensure release quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and participate in production support.
