ServiceNow Platform Lead / Solution Architect

Responsible for the secure architecture, configuration, integration, and operational excellence of ServiceNow within DIA's SCIF and classified network environments. Ensures compliance with PWS 4.3, 4.5, and agency-specific security requirements.

Duties may include:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations (PWS 4.3, 4.5).
• Develop secure, scalable workflows and modules to meet evolving DIA mission requirements.
• Oversee platform upgrades, enhancements, and automation, ensuring configuration management and change control are enforced (PWS 4.1.7).
• Direct Agile/DevSecOps cycles and secure release management in coordination with the PM.
• Maintain all technical documentation, knowledge management artifacts, and user guidance.
• Support compliance with all QASP/CDRLs relevant to technical performance and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or Architect certification.
• 8+ years' ServiceNow experience (federal/IC/DoD preferred).

Training:

• ITIL v4 Foundation (preferred).

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
