ServiceNow Developer Position

The ServiceNow Developer role involves analyzing and improving existing change, configuration, and release management processes. The successful candidate will design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules, integrating with third-party systems to ensure code quality and performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications, modules, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow Dashboards, Portals, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scheduled jobs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers.
• Collaborate with process owners, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to platform best practices.
• Assist in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical documentation, user guides, and support during testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, scripts, and integrations. Requirements:
• Proven experience in developing and customizing ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
