Customize and Develop with ServiceNow

The role of ServiceNow Developer is to configure and customize core modules, design and develop custom applications, collaborate with stakeholders, and create workflows and automated processes using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules, designing and developing custom applications and modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and creating and managing workflows and automated processes using ServiceNow's tools.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and customizing UI components, developing and implementing solutions for platform administration, performing unit testing and user acceptance testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, provide recommendations for platform improvements, ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in ServiceNow development and data handling, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with other enterprise systems, databases, and tools.

To excel in this position, candidates should have a solid understanding of Java, Integration, and API development. They should also possess excellent collaboration skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
