Servicenow Technical Specialist About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering successful platform implementations, supporting project activities from design through to execution.

This includes participating in client workshops, developing clear and effective user stories, and ensuring the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes.

• Contribute expertise in one or more Servicenow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD).
• Support and facilitate client design sessions and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including configuration and scripting where necessary.
• Assess potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
• Maintain clear communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Understanding of relevant platform products and their capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address implementation challenges.
