Job Role Overview About the Job
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting various ServiceNow products, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute expertise in one or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD).
- Support and facilitate client design sessions and workshops.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including configuration and scripting where necessary.
- Assess potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
- Maintain clear communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management.
Skill Requirements:
- Understanding of relevant platform products and their capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address implementation challenges.
- Experience in developing functional and technical solutions.
