ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow implementation specialist to join our team.

This role will involve working closely with clients to deliver successful platform implementations, supporting project activities from design through to execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute expertise in one or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD).
• Support and facilitate client design sessions and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including configuration and scripting where necessary.
• Assess potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
• Maintain clear communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management. Required Skills and Qualifications:
