ServiceNow Application Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow developer to join our global consulting team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key skills and qualifications include:

• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven track record of Custom App Development on ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules.
• Strong knowledge of custom integrations, including scripting and external system communication.
• Deep understanding of Flow Designer, Workflows, and Flow Actions.
• Experience working with UI Builder and building Configurable Workspaces.
• Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards, Performance Analytics indicators, and reports.
• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF) to automate regression testing.

Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines in ServiceNow environments for release management (e.g., using Git, Jenkins, or ServiceNow DevOps).

Responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, building and supporting solutions using ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, and leveraging various features such as Flow Designer and Workflows to automate business processes.

Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, as well as being able to troubleshoot platform issues and participate in production support.
