ServiceNow Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Developer for an initial 5-month contract with possible extensions. Job Description:

This is a remote position, with occasional onsite work expected in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Custom App Development on ServiceNow, hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM modules, and strong knowledge of custom integrations, including scripting and external system communication.

A deep understanding of Flow Designer, Workflows, and Flow Actions is also essential. Additionally, proficiency in creating and managing dashboards, Performance Analytics indicators, and reports is required.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for utilizing Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build test cases and ensure release quality, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and delivering solutions in an Agile environment. Required Skills and Qualifications:
