As a seasoned ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT best practices.

• Manage ServiceNow projects from initiation through to delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Track and report progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in ServiceNow processes and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow governance and change management protocols.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow projects across modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and limitations.
• ServirceNow Project Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Project Portfolio Management, ITSM) are desirable.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus. What We Offer
