ServiceNow Technical Consultant Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering successful platform implementations, supporting project activities from design through to execution.
The Technical Consultant will contribute expertise in one or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD). This includes participating in client workshops, developing clear and effective user stories, and ensuring the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
- Support and facilitate client design sessions and workshops to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
- Maintain open communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Detailed understanding of relevant platform products and their capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address implementation challenges.
