We are seeking an expert to deliver successful ServiceNow platform implementations. The Technical Consultant will play a key role in this process, supporting project activities from design through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute expertise in one or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD).
  • Support and facilitate client workshops and design sessions.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including configuration and scripting where necessary.
  • Assess potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
  • Maintain clear communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management.
