ServiceNow Technical Consultant

This role involves working with the ServiceNow platform to deliver high-quality consulting services, including installation, configuration, and integration of software products.

You will work as a Senior Technical Consultant, developing custom software solutions through scripting and software development. You will also prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and internally required.

The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering software implementations, preferably in a consulting role. Strong skills in web service proficiency, XML, JSON knowledge, and practical knowledge of operating systems are required.

A thorough understanding of networking concepts, relational databases, and multiple application architectures is essential for this position.

We are seeking an experienced individual with strong consultative skills, able to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow.
• Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development.
• Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required.
• Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues. Requirements
• 3+ years as a Servicenow developer.
• 1+year(s) in a consulting role, delivering software implementations preferable.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL foundations and the ability to relate concepts to implementation strategies is required.
• Thorough working knowledge in IT Operations Management or IT Service Management is critical.
