Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a range of ServiceNow projects for our clients, delivering configuration, implementation, and enhancement services across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including upgrades and enhancements.
  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and provide solution designs.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, primarily ITSM, with exposure to other areas like CSM, HRSD, or ITOM a plus.
  • Support integration activities and data migrations.
  • Produce clear documentation and reports as required. Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience working with ServiceNow, either in a consulting, professional services, or internal project environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow projects or supporting consulting engagements.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes.
