This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, responsible for leading the design and development of innovative solutions that meet business needs. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in ServiceNow modules and functionalities to lead and support the team by coaching, mentoring, and driving personal and professional development. The role will provide technical leadership, drive high-performance, and ensure platform alignment with business strategy.
The primary objective of this role is to deploy, maintain, and improve the ServiceNow Service Management platform used by clients and internal staff. From delivery point of view, responsibilities include analysing the impact of new requirements, delivering proactive IT Service Management and Operations through implementation, automation, integration, and management of primarily ITSM and ITOM related toolsets and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Provide technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality and integrity of the final solution.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve solution design and delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of BAs, admins, solution architects, and developers.
- Ensure platform alignment with business strategy.
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Participate in process workshops.
- Work closely with enterprise architecture team and assist in migrating configuration across instances.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
- ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points.
- System Architecture and Design: Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT.
- ITIL Certification.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Informed about technology market trends.
- Ability to gain SC clearance.
