We are seeking a talented professional to deliver successful platform implementations, supporting project activities from design through to execution.
This role requires expertise in one or more ServiceNow products, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM and GRC. You will participate in client workshops, develop clear and effective user stories and ensure the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes.
- You will contribute your knowledge and skills to assist clients in designing and implementing their ServiceNow solutions.
- You will facilitate workshops and collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories.
Key responsibilities include contributing expertise in one or more ServiceNow products, supporting and facilitating client design sessions and workshops, translating business requirements into detailed user stories, assessing potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas and maintaining clear communication with both client and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant platform products and their capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders and experience in developing functional and technical solutions.
