The ServiceNow Development Manager acts as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform to drive business value. You will be at the heart of driving business value to Defra through the delivery of capabilities and services delivered through the ServiceNow platform.
You will join the highly motivated and professional Service Tooling team at a time when business demand on the ServiceNow platform is increasing, managing development activity across multiple ServiceNow Capabilities such as ITSM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, WSD, HRSD, and BCM.
The ServiceNow Development Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions within an organisation. They are responsible for managing a team of developers and system administrators, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, and aligning development efforts with strategic goals. Additional responsibilities involve stakeholder management, strategic planning, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
