Senior Software Engineer - Custom Application Development

ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. This is a global consulting company that requires 5 ServiceNow developers for an initial 5-month contract with possible extensions.

The role is predominantly remote, with occasional on-site work expected in London (this is flexible). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build and support solutions using ITSM and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Leverage Flow Designer and Workflows to automate business processes.
• Write and optimize server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.).
• Create and configure Configurable Workspaces and experiences using UI Builder.
• Design and implement Performance Analytics dashboards and real-time reports.
• Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) to build test cases and ensure release quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
