The Role

As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow implementations. You'll support client design sessions, develop robust user stories, and ensure seamless execution across Risk, SecOps, and HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client workshops and demos using the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and refine user stories, including scripting and configuration
• Ensure functional integrity across platform modules
• Identify cross-platform impacts and dependencies
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Contribute to stakeholder relationship management
