Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise and project management skills to drive successful delivery of ServiceNow projects across business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee technical teams in the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12–15 years of IT industry experience with at least 6–8 years in ServiceNow project/program management.
- Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
- Experience working in onsite client-facing roles with cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, ITIL, or ServiceNow certifications preferred.
