Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
Configuration Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows and Catalog configuration.
Performs integrations using Custom APIKAFKA Integration HubTMF Open APIs and process automation using ServiceNow workflows covering Fallout and Jeopardy management.
Support E2E TestingUAT and deployment to the higher environments and initial instance setup or migration, if needed. Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application
Nice to have skills:
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI, UI Builder and Configure Workflow
Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes requests.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
Experience working with relational databases, domain separation.
Experience integrating external systems with the ServiceNow using integration solutions, including JDBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA, Midserver.
