Role:- Contract Contract Duration:- 6 Months Location:- Onsite in Abu Dhabi
Adecco is hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Developer for our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi
This individual is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management and optimization of system of interaction. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to optimize the platform's functionality and drive business value. This role will be pivotal in driving change across the company, leveraging technology to enhance processes, improve customer experiences, and foster innovation.
Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
What you’ll be doing
- Act as the primary owner and point of contact for the ServiceNow platform within the organization.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to define platform requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Oversee platform configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain and enforce best practices, standards, and governance for ServiceNow development and usage.
- Monitor platform performance, security, and compliance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison for ServiceNow-related projects and initiatives.
- Manage and optimize CMDB data quality, relationships, and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable configuration information.
About you
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in IT Service Management / Delivery.
- Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, including design, development, and deployment of ITSM
modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, etc.).
- Industry certification in one or more of the following: MCSE, CISA, ISC, ITIL expert level, COBIT, ServiceNow, ITSM, DevOps, Prince2 or
APM, Six Sigma.
- The incumbent must have an in-depth understanding and solid practical experience in IT Service Management and governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of IT best practices and protocols, operational risk management
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in IT Asset Management and Service Delivery.
