• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Willing to consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of formal education.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT Infrastructure Skills. Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, architecture/design, and process detailing.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow, UI, and Catalog Management Skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.

Additional skills include analytical and communication skills, project and talent management, and experience with project management.
