ServiceNow Developer-ITSM

Job Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer at GDIT, you will play a key role in developing and implementing IT service management (ITSM) solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable and efficient ITSM platforms using ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow development, including administration, scripting, and customization. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing ITSM solutions using no-code, low-code, and fully scripted approaches
• Managing integrations with other systems and tools
• Designing and implementing best practices for user experience
• Rolling out changes following testing and established change practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing and developing cybersecurity processes
• ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications and 3+ years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow JSON, JavaScript, Script-Includes, and changing ServiceNow workflow
• Experience with SIEM tools and compliance requirements
• Microsoft Office Suite experience
• Active DOE Q clearance
