The ServiceNow IRM Engineer will be part of a dynamic team within the GRCT organization at American Express.
This role requires designing scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains with hands-on configuration in the Service Now platform and leveraging technology to offer best-in-class solutions for business needs.
You will provide ServiceNow experience using business and technology knowledge to develop and implement business partner strategies on time and within budget.
Responsibilities include:
- Timely development and deployment of project tasks
- Designing technology/implementation documentation
- Providing estimates for design, build, test and implementation tasks
- Undertaking regular build/testing of code and contributing to peer code reviews
- Assisting with updates to implementation specification/documentation
- Working with agile champions and release train engineers to prepare configurations for production
- Involved in unit, integration and user acceptance testing - reviews test scripts; aligns with testing automation and wider testing strategy
- Providing inputs to product owners with recommendations to drive towards clean design and shared success
