Are you a skilled ServiceNow Developer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom forms and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom forms and workflows using ServiceNow Forms and Form Designer.
• Develop Service Catalog Items, Content Items, and Workflows.
• Support IT and non-IT process automation using ServiceNow development.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow Development, Platform Management, and DBA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow Forms and Form Designer.
• ServiceNow Portal development experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and workflows supporting ongoing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any product specific).
• Agile Software Development experience or certification.
• Mobile application development experience.
