ServiceNow Technical Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our Global ServiceNow practice. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients to understand their long-term Enterprise goals and design solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design business and technical architecture for ServiceNow platform to meet client goals
• Lead and ensure quality delivery of ServiceNow technical solutions
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices
• Respond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)

Requirements:

• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes
• 3+ years experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications preferred
