ServiceNow Architect

Position: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Canton, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
• Define and enforce ServiceNow architecture standards and best practices.
• Oversee technical design documentation, integrations, and data models.
• Guide development teams in implementing configurations, workflows, and custom solutions.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and enhancements for adoption.
• Support upgrade planning and platform performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to governance and compliance policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
