ServiceNow SecOps – Vulnerability Response SME

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability Response SME to lead the implementation and optimization of Security Operations modules with a focus on Vulnerability Response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations modules:
• Vulnerability Response
• Configuration Compliance
• Integrate ServiceNow with external vulnerability scanners and related security tools.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow Orchestration and automation workflows.
• Write and maintain scripts to support process automation using JavaScript, HTML, XML, and AJAX.
• Configure and customize ITSM modules, catalog items, and workflow automations.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to sprint planning and delivery.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6–9 years of overall experience in IT/Software, with:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• 1+ year specifically in Vulnerability Response implementation and support
• Strong expertise in:
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• ServiceNow ITSM modules
• Scripting languages: JavaScript, HTML, XML, AJAX
• Web services: REST and SOAP
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and automation tools.
• Familiarity with security compliance, incident response, and vulnerability lifecycle management.
