Job Title: AVP - ServiceNow IT Asset Management

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an ITAM ServiceNow AVP to support the implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operations of IT Asset Management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

The candidate will work closely with IT, procurement, and business teams to ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and optimization of IT assets.

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement).
• Perform data management: asset records, reconciliation, and maintaining accuracy in the CMDB.
• Assist in software license compliance activities, including tracking, audits, and optimization.
• Run discovery and reconciliation jobs to ensure asset data integrity.
• Generate standard and ad-hoc asset reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with platform teams for enhancements, integrations, and automation.
• Ensure compliance with ITAM policies, security, and audit requirements.
