We seek a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing custom applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform
• Maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align development efforts with business needs
• Troubleshooting and resolving development-related issues efficiently

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including custom application development, scripting, REST and/or SOAP APIs, and relational database structures. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)

Knowledge:

• The full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for ServiceNow projects
• JavaScript, Glide API, Angular, and other relevant technologies
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Relational database structures

Skills:

• Complex coding of computer programs
• Complex systems design, analysis, and testing procedures
• Unit testing, integration, and user acceptance testing
• Technical documentation for custom ServiceNow solutions
• Verbal and written communications

Abilities:

• Collaboration with ServiceNow administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders
• Troubleshooting and resolving development issues
• Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
