Job Description

The ITSM Developer will play a vital role in delivering solutions involving all aspects of service delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with a team of IT and Healthcare professionals to deliver solutions using software development methodologies best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements analysis and perform configuration and workflow development.
• Play a vital role throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Work with high velocity organization to automate and add meaningful value to the organization.

In this role, you will be working on various modules designed to automate and add value to the organization including ITIL Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset and other modules.
