ServiceNow Platform Lead

Salary: $115K+ DOE

Overview: Lead ServiceNow platform administration, including CMDB, workflow automation, and integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer ServiceNow (Dev, Test, Prod environments).
• Configure and maintain CMDB, discovery, workflows, and service mapping.
• Develop custom applications, dashboards, and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, Active Directory, GitHub.
• Troubleshoot availability, access control, and module issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration and development.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS certifications preferred.
• Federal ITSM or HR Service Delivery experience preferred.
