Job Description:
Maximus is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to support work with a Health client remotely. This position involves configuring knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, or access permissions and performing platform-level administration activities for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program. They will maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it remains up-to-date and useful. Additionally, they will document problems, solutions, and communication scripts, enhance self-service options and FAQs, and ensure the accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials.
This role requires strong technical skills, experience with ServiceNow, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance is also essential. TCS201, T3, Band 6 Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
