The ServiceNow SME will support a Health client remotely. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Specialist, analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program.
- Align knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
- Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
- Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
- Enhance self-service options and FAQs. Requirements:
- 4 years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree required or associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or high school diploma/GED + 4 years of work-related experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
