Maximus seeks a ServiceNow Specialist to support a health client remotely. Description & Requirements

  • Configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, and access permissions for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform.
  • Perform platform-level administration activities and ensure data accuracy and currency.

Maintain and curate the knowledge base, documenting problems, solutions, and communication scripts. Enhance self-service options and FAQs. Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, organize, and optimize information capture, sharing, and application across the program.
  • Support knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.

4 years of related work experience is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is necessary. The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required.
