Chief ServiceNow Solutions Architect

About the Role

As a strategic ServiceNow solutions architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, developing technical design documents, and guiding delivery teams through the development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.
• Participating in pre-sales activities, including responding to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Guiding delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentoring and upskilling developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Architecting solutions that meet business needs and align with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry trends.
• Staying current with new features and technologies to advise on adoption and implementation strategies. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 7 years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes and methodologies.
• Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD), with additional certifications in areas such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM strongly preferred. About Us
