• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize Deltek CostPoint usage.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Deltek Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem, ensuring federal regulations and engagement requirements compliance.
• Identify business process streamlining opportunities and enhance system capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements, supporting configuration and testing of updates, patches, and new features.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment of system functionality with business goals. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users.
• Maintain awareness of updates to accounting standards and implement changes as necessary. Qualifications
• Seven years of recent experience working with Deltek CostPoint ERP in a functional role, including familiarity with Deltek modules such as CostPoint, Time and Expense, and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in professional services organizations, managing relationships with counterparts in system of record or system in action applications.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including federal compliance (FAR, DFARs, etc.).
