ServiceNow Technical Specialist

We are seeking an expert ServiceNow Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the design, creation, testing, and delivery of technical functionality. You will transform technology into opportunity as a ServiceNow Developer, supporting business growth and proposal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant IT experience and 5+ years of ServiceNow development/administrative experience. They will also possess strong organization and time management skills, excellent collaboration skills, and experience working with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, SOAP, and YAML.

You will perform ServiceNow version upgrades, on-premises, and offer technical solutions to address requirements. You will work in a rapid software development environment, collaborating with team members to define, analyze, understand, and document business and technical requirements.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. The ideal candidate will lead projects, creating technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation, and maintaining current ServiceNow/industry certifications.
