ServiceNow IT Service Management Engineer
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Service Management Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the Client's ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM instance. Job Description:
The ServiceNow IT Service Management Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining the Client's ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM instance.
- Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet the Client's specific needs.
- Developing and implementing workflows, business rules, and other automation tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining and enhancing the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITAM modules (HAM, SAM), ITOM, and Discovery.
- ITIL foundations certification and/or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of IT Asset Management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
